This position is for a provisional 6 months with the option to extend by a further 16 weeks.

You will be directly responsible to: Finance Director

You will be engaged in a combination of the following duties:


  • Filing company information of any kind (accounts related, general agreements, office equipment, bank details, staff expenses etc.)
  • Ensuring that the notes field in SFDC is up to date.
  • Consolidate customers’ orders \accounts
  • Store and bring in Server Backup Tapes everyday


  • Checking general stock in Office (stationary, cleaning, stamps, sundries etc.)
  • Answering phones taking messages and sending messages by email
  • General office maintenance (alarm, security)
  • Reception duties for seminars, training courses etc
  • Opening and Sorting Post, Mailing Post
  • Ordering Couriers
  • Training – Sending out Pre-Course E-mail


  • Administer the PO for all relevant purchases
  • Collate purchase invoices and get them signed off when they arrive. File them in Purchases file
  • Keep track of Directors Credit card

Sales Processing

  • Assist in the processing each sale received from Sales Consultant
  • Issue Initial Invoice’s to customers once sales order has been processed
  • Record all Invoices raised into the Invoice spreadsheet
  • Scan and File Licence Agreements in Customer File & copy of Invoice in Sales File
  • Provide customers with temporary code before the initial invoice is paid (Where applicable)
  • Update Sales SSheet with correct invoice numbers and Invoice Amt

Renewal Invoice Processing

  • Raise Renewal Quotes on a monthly basis for both commercial & Academic orders
  • Raise Renewal Invoices on receipt of PO No. from customer.

Payment Processing

  • Process Credit Card payments
  • Check IBB daily for ETs and enter on lodgement SSheet & Sage
  • Record payments received to the lodgement spreadsheet
  • Keep record of all remittance/cheques received and their lodgement number (as per lodgement book)
  • Post customer receipts to Sage


  • Enter Initial, Renewal Invoices & Credit Notes into Sage
  • Enter Invoices from Avnet\Exertis\IBM and other Purchases into Sage
  • Credit Control. At the end of the month send email to 30 days & 60 days, call all 90 days. Clear back log and aim to have no-one in the 60+ days group.

Role is designed to be based in Presidion’s Headquarters in Dublin to oversee the delivery of projects both in Ireland and the UK. Presidion are open to candidates based in the UK.

Presidion are looking to hire a Senior Consultant Analyst to expand their Client Services Team ensuring that the organisation consistently delivers excellence to all clients whilst delivering on its ambitious growth plans. The role will involve the consultant implementing complete end to end solutions utilising both their business consulting skills and their data analytics skills for a range of clients based in the UK & Ireland.


Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provision of superior consultancy and business analysis in the areas of advanced analytics, data analysis and manipulation, and application of statistical models on Client data
  • Provision of consultancy services relating to the development of Corporate Analytics Capability Development and deployment of business insights
  • Creation, interpretion and deployment of statistical models
  • Project co-ordination and planning, handling a number of projects simultaneously
  • Production or reports and presentations adapted to a variety of audiences both technical and business
  • Conduct standard and customized training courses in the full range of the IBM SPSS analytical suite of software, survey methodology and statistical analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5 years plus experience in a research/analytical role using SPSS, Sas, R or equivalent analysis tool

  • Strong practical understanding of the application of analytics to business issues across multiple industries and varying size client engagements

Presidion are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join Presidion’s talented Sales Team in a full office-based role. This is a key growth role within the company with the successful applicant reporting directly into the Head of Sales. The successful candidate will come in to generate leads, particularly telephone and email based, and then have an open opportunity to develop the role in a multitude of directions and become a senior person within the sales organisation.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound campaign delivery
  • Understanding clients needs and requirements
