In addition to our frequently asked questions for Software and Licensing & Installation, our team is available to answer all your technical queries. Our objective is to answer your questions as quickly and comprehensively as possible.
- The Presidion Support service is available from 09:00h to 17:00h, from Monday to Friday.
- Support queries are handled by e-mail.
- Note: Support for students is limited to case submission via the web for installation and licensing issues only. For other issues refer to your university professor or site coordinator.
